3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final costs may vary based on unforeseen circumstances, material price changes, or scope modifications. Any changes to the original quote will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract and typically include:

  • Initial deposit upon contract signing
  • Progress payments at specified milestones
  • Final payment upon project completion

5. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or unforeseen structural issues. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

6. Warranty

7. Liability

PReno carries appropriate insurance coverage for all projects. We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or issues beyond our reasonable control.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be specified in your project contract. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.
