By accessing and using PReno's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

PReno provides professional renovation and construction services including but not limited to:

• Kitchen and bathroom renovations
• Basement finishing and remodeling
• Flooring installation
• Painting and drywall services
• Carpentry and custom woodwork
• General contracting services

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final costs may vary based on unforeseen circumstances, material price changes, or scope modifications. Any changes to the original quote will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract and typically include:

• Initial deposit upon contract signing
• Progress payments at specified milestones
• Final payment upon project completion

5. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or unforeseen structural issues. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

6. Project-Specific Commitments

Any workmanship coverage, product terms or manufacturer documentation that applies to a project must be stated in the signed project contract or supplied product documents. This page does not create a general warranty.

7. Liability

Project-specific insurance documentation and liability terms are addressed through the written contract and documents supplied for that project. This page does not make a general insurance-coverage representation.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be specified in your project contract. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.
