How PReno approaches a project
The first step is understanding what is already in the home: the damaged or unfinished surface, the intended result, access constraints and the work that must happen before the visible finish.
Estimate requests collect the service, project postal code, timing and optional photos so the initial conversation can focus on whether the project is a fit and what information is still needed.
PReno does not publish unverified project counts, satisfaction rates, awards, licences or insurance claims. Supporting documents can be added to the site after the business owner confirms them.

The existing condition, desired finish, access and timing are reviewed before recommendations.
Use the right trade
Electrical, plumbing, structural and hazardous-material work must be handled by the appropriate qualified trade.
