PReno Construction works with homeowners on drywall, ceiling, painting, bathroom, basement and related renovation projects across Toronto and selected GTA communities. Every estimate starts with the actual property and a clearly defined scope.
Our approach
How PReno approaches a project
The first step is understanding what is already in the home: the damaged or unfinished surface, the intended result, access constraints and the work that must happen before the visible finish.
Estimate requests collect the service, project postal code, timing and optional photos so the initial conversation can focus on whether the project is a fit and what information is still needed.
PReno does not publish project counts, satisfaction rates, awards, licence status or insurance claims without a confirmable source. External credentials are linked directly so visitors can review the current source for themselves.
Define the scope
The existing condition, desired finish, access and timing are reviewed before recommendations.
Use the right trade
Electrical, plumbing, structural and hazardous-material work must be handled by the appropriate qualified trade.
Keep communication practical
Clients receive direct questions about decisions that affect scope, schedule and finish quality.
