A practical review checklist
What to look for before choosing a contractor
Relevant project type
Give more weight to feedback about work similar to yours, such as drywall repair, painting, ceiling finishing, bathroom renovation or a coordinated interior renovation.
Specific details
Detailed reviews can help you understand communication, preparation, scheduling, protection of the home, cleanup and the quality of the completed finish.
Recent activity
Check recent dates and read a range of comments instead of relying on a single rating. Public responses can also show how questions or concerns are handled.

Reviews are one part of contractor research. Compare them with documented project photos, the stated service scope and the areas PReno serves. For your own project, request a written estimate based on the property, existing conditions, measurements, material choices and finishing expectations.
Review integrity
PReno does not offer incentives for positive reviews, filter customers by sentiment, or create reviews on a customer’s behalf.
